What We Do

What We Do

At Dream Weavers, we don’t just train women—we walk with them on their journey toward independence.

We provide:

  • Livelihood opportunities for women after vocational training
  • Job work and product development support for those not yet ready to launch independently
  • Capacity-building workshops to strengthen their knowledge, confidence, and life skills
  • Design innovation and market exposure so their products can compete and shine
  • Support in accessing income opportunities through job placements, entrepreneurship, and corporate partnerships

We also address social barriers—like low awareness about girls’ education and lack of family support—because we know empowerment must go beyond skill-building.

We believe that training only fulfills its purpose when it leads to self-reliance.

Our Programs

1. Capacity Building

We organize awareness programs and field visits to help women understand the world of business, exports, boutiques, and small-scale entrepreneurship. We also work with families to promote girls’ education and ensure children’s school enrollment.

2. Design & Product Development

We support women in developing competitive, market-ready products—helping them innovate, adapt, and grow.

3. Sustainable Livelihood Support

We provide continuous job work, assist in employment searches, promote their handmade products, and help set up their own small businesses. We also run donation programs such as “Gift a Sewing Machine” to equip them with the tools they need.
